Another Publisher on iPad

Post Date: May 9, 2011

It’s a new day for major publishers and the iPad subscription model. Conde Nast will follow in the footsteps of major publishers Hearst and Time in agreeing to subscription terms with Apple. Conde Nast is already allowing people to subscribe to The New Yorker on the iPad and will start allowing subscriptions for their other magazines in the coming months. Although details of these deals have been undisclosed, representatives have made it clear that each deal will benefit both parties. Read more about the Conde Nast deal below:

“Conde Nast Embraces iPad Subscriptions”

“Conde Nast is joining fellow publishers Hearst and Time Inc. by offering subscriptions to the iPad editions of its magazine titles. Subscriptions are now available to The New Yorker for $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Print subscribers (who pay $69.99 per year) can also access the iPad edition at no additional cost.”
