HealthGuru.com is now the top health videos site for the 18-30 year old college market. Oxford Tech + UX was engaged at a pivotal point in this fast-growing startup’s trajectory, when it needed to shed its very basic, outdated “MVP” site with a much more sophisticated integrated text and video CMS and CDN delivery service, all with a goal of significant growth in KPIs per user. Oxford Tech + UX helped conceptualize, plan and define new innovations in video delivery through new types of interactive products and features that utilized video in wholly new ways to deliver personalized, immersive, interactive experiences with CMS-delivered video content. The result was a very sticky, engaging site that drew audiences to watch more, and more, and more videos through structured recommendations and related content, viewer tracking, video recommendations, video surveys, video quizzes, leaderboards, gamified rankings, integrated social media sharing and other new video-focused features that had yet to exist anywhere else online.
