Led UX strategy, principles and UX direction for Razorfish San Francisco’s client T-Mobile to optimize the prepaid business presence online. The aim is to grow the prepaid digital ecommerce business through an integrated, holistic experience that complements other T-Mobile service offerings. The new prepaid experience launched in 2014.

Oxford Tech + UX also performed strategic brand and product positioning research for Kia’s UVO telematics system for the launch of the K-900, Kia’s new luxury car.
