Oxford Tech + UX was consulted repeatedly as part of the top-bottom overhaul of the flagship site, its technology, CMS, its multiple products and its future revenue strategy. Oxford Tech + UX provided company and product strategy, including extensive product and competitive research and analysis, as well as complete UX for a relaunch of the site and its diagnostic engine on a new technical platform. Previously, Oxford Tech + UX had assisted RealAge with the technical requirements, UX and navigation for a major overhaul of the site’s user registration system and CMS platform migration, as well as with conceptualizing the UX for a new mobile application, and separately with the UX of new website personalization features and capabilities.
